•To improve diagnostic confidence and clinical management in areas identified as frequently misunderstood or complex within family medicine.

•To develop skills in advocating for patients through awareness of healthcare system navigation and the social determinants of health.

•To foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and peer-based knowledge sharing among community family physicians.
